What do I need to provide for the website?

In addition to the functionality you want from the website, there is other information that will be needed.  The main information needed will be the content – words, pictures, images, documents that that you want on the site.  Everybody loves pictures of people, so the more, the better.  In addition, if you are a new business or group, you may want to have a custom logo created.  You should have the logo provided to you in several formats (.png, .jpg, .eps, .pdf, etc.).  Also, have the logos provided with a transparent background.  Most good graphic design shops will do this as a standard practice.
